Project Description
The Bad Lauchstädt Energy Park will produce, transport, store and use green hydrogen with 30 MW of electrolysis powered by a nearby wind farm.

The project includes the conversion of a gas transport pipeline and the construction of a new airlock for introducing pigs to the network.

The pipeline connection to the energy park will give Total’s Leuna refinery access to the future European hydrogen infrastructure and the international markets for green hydrogen.
