Reshoketswe Maggy Ledwaba has resigned as CFO and executive director of JSE-listed Cilo Cybin, effective March 31.

She will, however, remain with the company until April 30 to ensure an orderly transition and handover of responsibilities, including completion of its upcoming financial reporting period.

The board thanked Ledwaba for her contribution during a period of significant corporate development for the company, including its transition from the AltX to the main board of the JSE and completion of its first strategic acquisition. It also wished her well in her future endeavours.

The board has started a process to appoint a successor to support the company's evolving financial leadership requirements.

Cilo Cybin is a cannabis contract manufacturing company.
