Information and communications technology company EOH has announced that Ashona Kooblall has been appointed executive director and group CFO, with effect from July 22.

She will succeed Marialet Greeff, whose resignation will take effect on the same day.

The EOH board has thanked Greeff for her dedication and contributions to the group.

Kooblall joined EOH in 2020 as the FD of iOCO South Africa and became the CFO of iOCO in January this year. EOH says she brings a wealth of understanding and experience in the financial operations and businesses of the EOH group to her new position as group CFO.

"With Ashona's extensive knowledge and experience in the financial operations and businesses of the EOH group, Ashona is well-equipped to excel in her new position as group CFO," comments EOH interim CEO Marius de la Rey.
