JSE-listed information and communications technology services company EOH Group's CFO Marialet Greeff has resigned and will step down from her position with effect from September 30 to pursue other interests.
EOH's board has started a process to identify an appropriate successor and will advise shareholders on the appointment of a new group FD in due course.
"EOH's current finance team comprises experienced and dedicated professionals who are well-versed in the financial operations and procedures of EOH and Marialet will work alongside the team to facilitate a seamless continuity of the financial function and group leadership during this interim period," the company said in a statement.
"The board thanks Marialet for her contribution to EOH and wishes her well in her future endeavours," it added.
