Canadian company Faraday Copper on Wednesday announced a C$20-million bought-deal financing to advance the exploration and development of its Copper Creek project, in Arizona, US.
Faraday entered into an agreement with Ventrum Financial Corp as co-lead underwriter and joint bookrunners for the purchase of 25-million shares at C$0.80 a share.
The Copper Creek project is one of the biggest undeveloped copper projects in North America, with significant district-scale potential.
