Bonang Mohale
JSE-listed Bidvest has appointed Bonang Mohale as chairperson, with effect from November 29.
Eric Diack, who had filled the position temporarily since May 1, will revert as the lead independent director.
Mohale has been a nonexecutive director of Bidvest since July 1 and is a Professor of Practice in the Johannesburg Business School College of Business and Economics.
