Exploration company Ardiden’s Greg Romain has resigned as MD and CEO with immediate effect, the ASX-listed junior announced on Monday.

CFO Tara Robson has assumed the role of interim CEO of the company, which owns the Pickle Lake gold project in Ontario, Canada.

Ardiden said the change was implemented as part of a broader restructuring.
