JSE-listed Accelerate Property Fund has appointed Marelise de Lange as an executive director to the board and the new CFO with effect from August 1 to succeed Dimitri Kyriakides, who has retired as CFO.
De Lange is a chartered accountant with over ten years of experience in finance, audit, treasury, tax, acquisitions and divestments in the listed property environment.
During her career, she has been the CFO of Texton Property Fund, Rebosis Property Fund and Delta Property Fund.
The board congratulates De Lange on her appointment, saying it looks forward to her contribution to the company.
The board also thanks Pieter Grobler for fulfilling the role of interim CFO as announced in March.
