Project Owner/s
Aquila Clean Energy. Ferrovial will design and build the facilities and undertake operation and maintenance for two years.

Project Description
Ferrovial is to build two photovoltaic plants with the capacity to supply 30 000 homes with electricity.

The facilities will have a combined capacity of 62 MWp – 31 MWp each – and will produce 114 GWh/y, as well as avoid the emission of 29 700 t/y of carbon dioxide. 

Two power lines will also be installed to connect the plants to the nearest substation.

Potential Job Creation
The project is expected to create close to 150 jobs.

The construction and operation of the plants are scheduled for delivery in 2025.
