GIGA plans to build a 300 MW battery park adjacent to the Van Eyck high-voltage power station.

The battery park will include 172 lithium-ion battery clusters with a storage capacity of four hours; two high-voltage transformers with a capacity of 600 MVA; 86 inverters, and 43 low-voltage transformers with a capacity of 300 MVA; and 800 m of fencing with visual buffer.
