Oil-free Air supplies ISO 22000 certified oil-free air compressors to all industries that demand 100% oil-free, high-quality clean air such as the food and beverage, automotive and petrochemicals sectors. New low pressure blower ranges include ZB and ZM centrifugal units, ZS rotary screw blowers and ZL lobe blowers. The portfolio also includes the ZT 90-160 VSD/ZR 90-160 VSD+, the ZH 1000-3150 centrifugal compressor, the ZP high pressure booster unit and the GA 90+-160 VSD+.
Operating across all Compressor Technique divisions, Compressor Technique Service (CTS) goes beyond servicing, repairing and overhauling to ensure that they remain customers’ preferred compressed air service partner. CTS’s highly-skilled, technical team supports customers from planning, administration, and CRM (customer relationship management) systems, to spares and service to maximise uptime and productivity.
With intelligent systems including Optimizer 4.0 and SmartLink, Compressor Technique steps into the Industry 4.0 space. The Optimizer 4.0 central control and monitoring system optimises a compressed air system through a selection of the most efficient combination of air compressors and dryers while assuring supply of the required pressure or having balanced running hours to minimise service intervals. SmartLink enables machines to monitor their health and self-diagnose their condition with data automatically uploaded via a GSM connection to Atlas Copco servers in the cloud.
