Engineering technology company, ESTEQ, is again hosting the annual Engineering Community Conference (ECC) on 14 June 2018 at the CSIR ICC with the theme “Engineering the Future”. This conference will provide engineering teams from all industries the opportunity to share their experience and ideas around the use of technology to develop better products and systems.
The ECC will kick-off on the 13th of June, with specialized training in areas such as reliability engineering, FEA and scripting with the official ECC on the 14th of June, welcoming delegates from all industries.
The keynote speaker Dr. Frans Cronje, will discuss “South Africa in 2030: The Latest Scenarios”. Thereafter, Mr Ralf Leinen, from Siemens will discuss “The Digital Transformation of the producing economy – Driving the Digital Enterprise”.
The Conference will then divide into specialised breakout sessions focusing on areas such as Simulation, Test & Measurement, Product Engineering and Lifecycle Management, Manufacturing Solutions, and the Digital Enterprise. Papers will be presented by engineers from a wide variety of industries and technology applications.
